Featured Wedding in Brides Magazine


A beautiful Summer wedding at Castle Hill Inn & Resort, Newport orchestrated by Couture Parties.




The four-tiered wedding cake features alternating layers of carrot cake with traditional cream cheese filling and chocolate cake with vanilla & fresh strawberries. 
The cake was covered in buttercream petal piping with clusters of sugar flowers.



Beautiful local flowers provided by Greenlion Designs. 
A whimsical feel throughout the tent with decor provided by Ryan Designs & Rentals Unlimted.

A Golden & Blush Delight


 A decadent chocolate cake with reese 's peanut butter filling. Outside had fondant layers with clusters of sugar roses.

Martha Stewart Real Weddings Feature - Spring 2014

Lauren & David were an amazing couple to work with. 
They wanted a classic, elegant & relaxed atmosphere 
for their friends and family. 
Castle Hill Inn was the perfect location. 




The five tier cake included vanilla cake layered with strawberry shortcake, lemon and raspberry fillings. 
Other tiers included chocolate cake with 
hazelnut praline crunch.


The tent was stunning with chandeliers from Exquisite Events and the ceilings swathed in chiffon-muslin. 
Linens provided by Rentals Unlimited.

Loved the bride's bouquet provided by 
It included ranunculus, roses, anemones and freesia. 

Jessica Simpson a close friend was one of the bridesmaids.

The British & Americans Unite

Having lived in London myself, it was a delight  
to work with Amy & Tom. 
Collaborating with Wendy Joblon Events,
   they managed to bring two sides of the world together with their overall design and food & beverage.


The 'blue' cake fit perfectly with their theme, 
also using design elements from Amy's 
stunning wedding gown!




Sayles Livingston Florist did an outstanding job with
 over 10,000 red roses, the tent was simply




LOVED the Pimm's Cart!
A very popular English aperitif

The evening ended with fun ' international' garden games.

Inside Weddings Feature - Spring Issue 2014

We were beyond thrilled to be a part of Jennifer & Johns wedding celebration at Oceancliff Resort in Newport.

A birch tree inspired cake decorated with 
sugar succulents and peonies.
The perfect accompaniment to their provincial 
decorated ballroom.




 I can't say enough about this wonderful couple. It was such a pleasure to work with them and their families.



Oceancliff Resort was completely transformed by the
Rustic, modern elegance was the theme and it was simply breathtaking. Wonderful attention to detail!

Summer Dessert Buffet

There are just too many wonderful details about this delightful buffet. First we must thank the talented team at Stoneblossom Florals. Their flowers are just stunning. Thanks also to Rentals Unlimited for their wonderful linens, always so elegant. And finally to Linden Place for allowing us to use their amazing facility.






Delicate French macarons, with dehydrated strawberry and almond crunch cream, a very popular filling this season.

A unique twist on the traditional lemon meringue.  
 Lemon curd on sable cookie base 
with caramelized meringue.





Strawberry mousse, lemon curd and chocolate shortcrust.

Chocolate hazelnut mousse, praline crunch is a MUST for any chocolate lover!






Individual mini Tahitian vanilla bean cheesecake, 
almond crust and strawberries.

Rich chocolate pudding cakes, raspberries.






Strawberry shortcake.
Vanilla pot de creme, grand marnier macerated strawberries, shortbread cookies.  
A prerequisite for any Summer buffet.





Buttermilk panna cotta, caramelized pears, 
cinnamon oat streusel. 

Orange cardamom chocolates!
