Summer Dessert Buffet

There are just too many wonderful details about this delightful buffet. First we must thank the talented team at Stoneblossom Florals. Their flowers are just stunning. Thanks also to Rentals Unlimited for their wonderful linens, always so elegant. And finally to Linden Place for allowing us to use their amazing facility.






Delicate French macarons, with dehydrated strawberry and almond crunch cream, a very popular filling this season.

A unique twist on the traditional lemon meringue.  
 Lemon curd on sable cookie base 
with caramelized meringue.





Strawberry mousse, lemon curd and chocolate shortcrust.

Chocolate hazelnut mousse, praline crunch is a MUST for any chocolate lover!






Individual mini Tahitian vanilla bean cheesecake, 
almond crust and strawberries.

Rich chocolate pudding cakes, raspberries.






Strawberry shortcake.
Vanilla pot de creme, grand marnier macerated strawberries, shortbread cookies.  
A prerequisite for any Summer buffet.





Buttermilk panna cotta, caramelized pears, 
cinnamon oat streusel.
